The title says "The Sims 2 & The Sims Bustin' out & The urbz, Sims in the City". "The Sims 2", as everyone knows, is a PC game. "The Sims Bustin' Out" is a GBA, N-Gage and Playstation game, while "The Urbz, Sims in the City" is a GBA and Playstation game. I have done my research, mind you. I'm an avid gamer, surely I would knwo these ind of stuff...... Heehee! YOU would most probably not know as YOU do not normally play these kind of games, or rather YOU do not even play these games. So allow me, the gaming freak, or rather I'm not to those extent, enlighten you about this series of games that I played......
Let's start with the oldest of the 3 (I know that "The Sims" is the first version but I haven't played it before, so I'm not doing anything foolish) , "The Sims Bustin' Out". It came out in 2003 as GBA, Playstation and N-Gage games. I have only played the GBA one but I'm sure that the N-Gage one is similar to the GBA one too. The Playstation one is different, I guess. "The Sims Bustin' Out" stars YOU as a Sim in SimValley where you first land in YOUR Uncle Hayseed's farm. He first use his stuff, like shower, cooker and so on and later make the barn you living place. After that, you will be allowed to go out of the farm and loiter around. After meeting many people in the neighbourhood and doing chores for them which are your GOALS, you talk to Uncle Hayseed again and he requests that you move out of the barn. You look for a mover and shift to the clock tower. Again, you do many chores for people and increase your relationship with people. Then, you have to shift your house again, says that Nicki Knack, a shop owner wants you to live in her house that is vacant. Again and again, after doing many chores for people again, you have to move your house to the Imperial Estates. In between, you are able to move underground through the sewage and venture into the haunted mansion of SimValley. After bringing joy to people and everything what-so-ever, finally you sit in a rocket and blast off into space. Suddenly, the rocket exploded...... The story ends like this making YOU, the player, wondering if your Sim is a human or an alien...... Oooh...... Mysterious......
Now, we go on to the second oldest of the three, "The Urbz, Sims in the City". Although "The Urbz, Sims in the City" came out in 2004, which was when "The Sims 2" came out too, but "The Urbz, Sims in he City" came out in the early half of the year while the latter came out in the later part of the year. "The Urbz, Sims in the City" also stars YOU as someone in Miniopolis. "The Urbz, Sims in the City" has more features, like you can customize your clothes in a more fashion way, more hip-hop as the Urbz, basically means being urban, which explains the choice of clothes. After choosing your clothes, you have to go through a mini quiz to see which Rep you belong to...... There are four Rep groups, Artsies who love art, music...... Richies who just simply love money. Streeties who are the hip-hop kind, hanging out on the streets and the Nerdies who just love burying their heads in their books. After which, a short ntroduction about who you are comes on which shows that you are an unknown janitor in Miniopolis. After which, your friend Khris comes to tell you to wipe bird shit off the windows and yes, again you complete certain goals, meet some people. Now for the interesting part. Khris has accidentally locked YOU and her up in the building and needs the key from Lily's , Daddy Bigbucks right-hand man, office. You snoop in, found the key and was caught. Don't shout shit, it's part of the game. Then you get sent to jail. Daddy Bigbucks hates you, in case you don't know. You will figure out why in the later part of the game. Yup, you get out of jail...... find yourself a place to stay and once again, complete many chores for people. What's cool in this game is that you get to move around in a Hoverboard! Unlike the scooter you will get in "The Sims Bustin' Out". In the later part, you also get a Chogger! A motorcycle that looks way cool! Check that out! After many goals, Grandma Hattie wants YOU to join in the revolt to open the road blocks to SimQuarters. The revolt was successful and Daddy Bigbucks was furious. You should see his chilli red face. There, at SimQuarters, you get to meet more people, like Mamba Loa, the fortune teller. After many other goals, there are three which are interesting. One, Cannonball, the trumpet player, asks you to shoo away all the Richies who comes to his club, some personal reasons, I guess and forgot. Next, you have to guard the graveyard as there is a meeting held there to discuss how to deal with Daddy Bigbucks. Your friend, Darius will pop in to see but you will have to disallow him from going in. You see, he was paid by Daddy Bigbucks to do so. The last interesting one is that you have to dress up as Olde Salty's supposedly dead brother to prevent him from selling his magnificent ship to Daddy Bigbucks. After Daddy Bigbucks lost the deal, you realises that you are YOU and flings you into the sea. YOU find yourself in some swampy area and explore. After completing many goals, one of the brothers you meet there will be bitten by a vampire. You can't save him at the moment and rush out of there. At this point of time, the road from SimQuarters has been opened to the last area, the area where you first started off in the game. Yup, yup, yup, after completing all the goals, you become a hero in Miniopolis and you walk the street and everybody's applauding for you. Well, for Daddy Bigbucks? I think his reign is over...... Or rather that's what I think, the story didn't say anything about it......
Now for the last one, "The Sims 2". I bought the pirated version of it which costed me $20 and had to change the CD many times before it worked. You see, they needed a Crack in order to break the code. Heehee! Hackers...... I gotta go out soon...... so I better make this one a fast one. "The Sims 2" is basically YOU creating a family and governing it properly, making sure they have all their needs and everything. If you don't wanna build a family, you can always play the pre-made families. If you don't like the pre-made houses, there are a few plots of lands for you to try building your houses on...... Have fun and see ya!

Shaman King is also another Japanese anime (I think that Japanese anime rocks the whole world off their feets e.g. Gundam Seed, Cardcaptor Sakura e.t.c.) that I'm going to write about at this minute and second. This time, summary first, review second. Actually, is this l;iteracy thing all about reviews? Because if it is not, then I did it all wrong! Oops...... Anyway, now's not the time to say that I have to re-do this whole thing again...... Take it that I'm stupid and don't know anything...... Now for Shaman King, it's on Arts Central (Also) on Wednesday to Friday at 11.30p.m to 12a.m or rather midnight...... I think that it is better than Inuyasha because I prefer this kind of anime or even games better...... It is adventurous and includes many Netherworld? Stuff...... Shaman is a person who can connect between the Netherworld and the human world. I like the ideas portrayed here...... Things like Over Soul and Spirit Possession......
Shaman King is a story about this boy called Asakura Yoh wanting to become the Shaman King in the Shaman Fight that occurs every 500 years. In his way is the evil-doer called Asakura Hao. Asakura Hao was a renowned person because he managed to acquire all the knowledge of the pentagram, in short, nature. He died about 1000 years ago and now to participate in the Shaman Fight, he reincarnated and used the same name Hao to participate. He has many subordinates to carry out his plans. Together with Asakura Yoh on his quest are his best friends, Horo Horo, Tao Ren, Ryu and later Choco Love and Faust VIII joined.. Lyzerg once join their party but drifted over to X-Laws, a group of "light bringers" who kill to destroy evil. Isn't that evil too?
Actually, Yoh didn't really want to be Shaman King but his engaged fiancee, Anna, wants him to be Shaman King. She wants to be the wife of the Shaman King, you see. Together with Anna are Manta and Yoh's sister. Many people participated in the fight with dreams and many just want to kill Hao because of all the atrocities he commited. He killed people who did not want to be his subordinates. Lyzerg's parents are victims of Hao too......
Shamans fight together with their Guardian Spirits that can possess and item and make it stronger. Spirit Possession and Over Soul although are almost alike, although Over Soul is stronger than Spirit Possession.
For Yoh, his Guardian Spirit is Amidamaru, a samurai. His weapon? Harusame, a sword. Yoh also sets out to destroy Hao. His best attack so far that I have seen so far is Holy Blade.
For Horo Horor, his Guardian Spirit is Kororo, specialized in ice. He uses either his snowboard or the Ikupasui his sister, Pirika gave him before the second preliminaries at Patch Village. His best attack I have seen so far is Snow Avalanche.
For Ryu, his Guardian Spirit is Tokagero, sort of a thief who lives just to battle with Amidamaru. Ryu uses a wooden sword and his attack best so far is Gathering Rain Clouds or Hydras...... Whatever......
For Tao Ren, his Guardian Spirit is Bason, some fighter I guess. His weapon? i don;t knwo what you call that. His best attack? Golden Slash Dance.
For Lyzerg, his Guardian Spirit is Morphine and his weapon is a crystal pendulum. His best attack is most probably Dowsing although I think that Big Ben Clock Tower of Friendship is stronger.
That's about it what Shaman King is about. From my explanantions and terms, you should know about what it's all about. Hope I did a good job this time! I seriously think that television programmes are easier to do summaries than novels or story books......

Inuyasha is the hit Japanese anime on Arts Central now! On Wednesday to Friday at 11.00p.m to 11.30p.m, Inuyasha is screened on Arts Central! I only got to know Inuyasha when my neighbour gave me the comic books when he shifted house. I read the books and kinda liked it. Similarly, Yang Xuan at that time, had an interest for Inuyasha and lent me the VCDs to watch. It is indeed nice and intersting but to me, the graphics still has room for improvement. The colours used are a bit dull although, I know, some of them are supposed to be. If the developers could make it brighter, it would be perfect.
Inuyasha is about a story of a half-demon who teamed up with Kagome, a girl from our times who accidentally found herself in the era where there was war by dropping into a "well". The quest is to find all the fragments of the Sacred Jewel which Kagome accidentally made it smash. Teaming up with Kagome, a pervertic monk Miroku, who was cursed by Naraku with a Wind Tunnel that sucks everything in, and a Demon Slayer named Sango who also wants to kill Naraku for killing her father, brother and comrades, Inuyasha sets out with the team to gather the fragments. Inuyasha, himself, also has a grudge with Naraku as he had set him and his lover, Kikyo up by severely injuring her and making her believe that was Inuyasha who attacked her. Oops! I forgot about the cute fox demon Shippo who wants to kill the Thunder Brothers because they had killed his father. Inuyasha had already sought revenge out for him. The story hasn't finished on television and neither do I have all the books to this series and so this is the main idea of this anime and I'm sorry, I do not know more.
Although if you want to know, later in the story, Koga, the chief of a Wolf Demon Tribe falls in love with Kagome and became love rivals with Inuyasha. Koga refuses to give Inuyasha the originally 3 but now 2 fragments of the Sacred Jewel he possesses. The two always fight the moment they set eyes on each other.
Naraku, in the later part, sort of "gave birth" to many "children", one who controls air and dead people, one who can steal the souls of people and control them, one who can read minds of other people and is now dead (Killed by Inuyasha) , one who has two bodies (An outer body who listens to the demon creature within it. The demon creature is an extrememly fast demon) , and I think one who can fuse human and demons together. If she gave borth to more or they ahve any other special powers, I don't know. This is all the information I could gather. I think this is pretty much to give you about the background of Inuyasha, so I think it's bye for now and hi to Shaman King - the second anime I'm gonna tell you bout'!

As the title of the blog entry says, "Megaman Battle Network 5: Team Colonel of Protoman". I play Team Protoman, I think it sounds nicer than Team Colonel. Obviously, the characters will be a little different, but who cares? I will try to make this entry as short as possible, bear with me. After this entry, I'm going to talk about the two anime programmes I have been watching on television. Heehee! I love these two anime programmes! If I still hav the time, I might write about some cartoons and a big event that I want to go either today or tomorrow! That event is to me, superb, although I haven't gone there yet. I will write a review on it if I feel likr it. I mean that, if I go tomorrow, chances are I won't be able to review it, so maybe I will do a teeny weeny background research about it for you. I don't exactly call it research...... I already know quite a lot about this game...... Card game to be exact...... Haha! Anyway, now back to the serious business or stuff......Whatever you prefer to call this literacy thing.
Before I start writing on this game, I would like to put a whatever you call it, be it disclaimer or what...... The first game review about Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones was not really done that well because it was a long story of 21 chapters and I have almost reached the end and I can't possibly remember all the chapters...... My memory, although I think is big and can store a lot of information, can't remember this thing. Maybe it's because my memory space has been used to the maximum or maybe it's because I think that remembering the in-betweens are insignificant and thus I did not care to remember it. Actually I could have gone further and wrote some more on each and every other entries but if you go deep in thought, what's the point? I mean that, yes, I can write a very long blog entry with the smallest details in it and give the best review I can give. Maybe you say that I cut short because there is not enough time as I did a last minute job but...... maybe it's true...... Ahhh...... Well, in any case, I have already done it and if I have more time, maybe I will not make the blog entry have so many loopholes...... Maybe I will...... If I have the time...... which most probably I think...... not have...... Haha! OK! Back to serious business or I won't be able to finish this!
Megaman Battle Network 5 starts off where the main character, Lan, asks his friends to join him to a visit at his father's lab. His father said that he wanted to show them something. When they arrived and was halfway being showed the "something", Nebula, an evil force, knocked them out with sleeping gas and stole the information about the "something" away. Lan's friends' PETs (A kind of communication device and where their Navis are kept and needed to jack into a electronic device) were stolen but as he was behind a wall looking for a piece of paper his dad asked him to find...... His PET wasn't stolen. When he woke up, he immediately went back to the SciLab to find more clues that will lead him into finding his father. After usng Megaman to break a series of security codes, Megaman thought he would find out who Nebula is, he found Protoman, a Navi who was part of an official thingy. After Megaman won Protoman, Chaud, the controller of Protoman told Lan that he made it to the Team Protoman where it was set up to destroy Nebula's forces.
First, they liberated ACDC Area 3 which was their hometown. After they had won BlizzardMan, the Darkloid controlling the ACDC Area 3, Lan went to the beach with his friends for some fun. Chaud called Lan to check out Oran Area 1 with Protoman at that point of time and after finding out that they couldn't liberate that area because there were cannons positioned there, Lan went back to play at the beach again.
Lan and his friends went to a coal mine when suddenly his friends dropped down into a pit. Lan went to rescue his friends. His friends were stuck underground trapped with a driller drilling thorugh the ceiling. Lan shut down the four controller box only to find MagnetMan, controlling the driller. MagnetMan was defeated and his friends were saved. At that point of time, Chaud called and Lan suggested that they use MagnetMan to get past the cannons. Tesla, the controller of MagnetMan agreed, although Lan was the one who defated her father and threw him into jail that time.
With MagnetMan's magnetic barrier, they got past the cannons with ease and found themselves liberating Oran Area 1 with ShadeMan as the Darkloid. Lan had defeated ShadeMan in MegaMan Battle Network 4 but was revived with the dark power...... To be continued because I haven't finished playing after this part. Heehee!
I find this game a little interesting but quite annoying and irritating too. The gameplay and how they fight is absolutely outrageous, to me and the graphics aren't really that cool. OK! That's all and MAYBE I shall do a review about the 3 "The Sims" games I have played! Heehee! See ya for now!

Cedric Lim // 4:18 PM

I have decided to do two blog entries on the games I played. Hope you are OK with it! Heehee! OK! The title of this blog entry is Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones. In case you don't know, Fire Emblem is a Gameboy Advance game, in short GBA game. Well, obviously, I'm a poor pauper and so I downloaded the ROM, the game, from a website. Heehee! I got to play it for free! Free of charge! Fire Emblem is what I call an adventure RPG game. RPG in case if you don't know, means role-playing game. It is where you control a character in the game or many characters in the game. Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones is a game where there are these stones called the Sacred Stones and all of a sudden, the king of Grado wanted to launch attacks to countries who possess the Sacred Stone, minly, Renais, Frelia, Jehanna, Rausten and Grado. The king of Grado wanted to destroy all the Sacred Stones which were used to suppress Evil. The king of Grado hated violence buut now is waging war on the countries! What could have caused this abrupt change? But one thing was for sure, Evil was sure to rise if the Sacred Stones were destroyed.
A long time ago, the Sacred Stones suppressed the Great Evil but now if Grado wants to destroy the Sacred Stones, won't the Great Evil once again roam the world? This is indeed scary. Now, we focus on the main character of the story, Eirika. Eirika is the princess of Renais and at this moment of time, Grado forces are attacking Renais! Seth, a paladin accompanied Eirika and escaped with her...... An interesting story is about to begin.
I forgot the first parts of the story as I played it at the beginning of the holidays. You dont expect me to play all over again at this point of time, do ya? One thing is for sure, there are 21 chapters to this amazing story and I am at the final chapter. Let's start from the back of the story and see if I can remember as we go0 backwards.
At the last chapter, Eirika and Ephraim, the prince of Renais, ganged up with princes and princesses of other countries and other allies to fight against Lyon, the prince of Grado. The Great Evil had consumed his soul and he was the one who started the war. I have been playing this chapter for a very long time and I just can't seem to win the wretched zombie dragon. Grrr...... As we go backwards...... Sheesh! I can't really remember the in-betweens of the story, only the main battles in the countries. What so interesting about the in-betweens of the story? I think that telling you how they got their allies is more interesting than the battles. I am particularly interested in the jobs of these allies. For example, mercenary, cleric, priest, sage, bishop, paladin, valkyrie, assassin, rouge, thief, myrmidon, swordmaster, wyvern rider, pegasus knight, knight, shaman, druid, summoner, mage knight, ranger, hero, cavailer, great knight, berserker, pirate, fighter, general, lord, great lord, archer, sniper, Manakete, the drgon tribe, troubadour, falcoknight, mage, dancer, monk and journeyman. WOW! So many jobs, how am I suppose to tell you? I will figure a way out......
First, Eirika and Ephraim are lords but later advanced as great lords with the help of their bracelet which sealed their country's Sacred Stone away. Seth was a paladin naturally. Franz was a cavailer who could advance as a paladin or a great knight.Knoll was a shaman who could advance as a summoner or a druid. Gerik was a mercenary who could advance as a her or a ranger. Natasha was a cleric who could advance as a valkyrie or a bishop. Moulder was a priest who could advance as a sage or a bishop. Lute was a mage who could advance as a sage or a mage knight. Tana and Vanessa was a pegasus knight who could advance, I think into a falcoknight or a wyvern rider. Gilliam was a knight who could most probably advance as a great knight or a general. Joshua and Marisa were myrmidons who could either advance as assassins or swordmasters. Colm was a thief who could advance as a rouge or an assassin. Rennac was naturally a rouge.
Bored? I'm bored too. Yawn...... Guess you know roughly what advances into what...... I hate going on further, if you don't find it dumb, I do. Sheesh...... Anyway, the story as I told you, I guess you know the insides of it. Like the heroes go saving people and destroying Grado's forces and protecting the Sacred Stones...... blah blah blah...... Guess I need not go on further and that is roughly the game. This game need strategy to be completed without any of your allies dying. I had to replay those chapters where my allies died as I did not want to "have a funeral" for them. Haha! Anyway, I guess YOU do not wish to play it, so...... Here's it...... Hey, I thought this was short, but it still became a composition!!! Crapolology......

Cedric Lim // 2:38 PM

Well, I have written about six blog entries, I think. I was wondering how YOU felt about it. Seriously, I'm at a lost as to what to write next. I didn't go out much, like I said before, so I do not have pretty many ideas. Well, I'm a glued freak to the computer and the games. Heehee! GLUED FREAK! Trust me to call myself this. Well, this blog entry is not about the literacy report or what-so-ever. I felt that writing so many composition long blog entries, I am a bit tired of this. Of course, the composition long blog entries were mainly taken up by my composition long summaries. Heehee! Anyway, in case if my blog doesn't show, this blog entry's title is "Commercial Advertisment Update". I think it's better to cool off for a while. Writing and narrating stuff is really boring after a while, even for the reader. I guess that leisure writing is OK at this period of time, although I don't have much time left. Haha! I can't be possibly doing this blog thing on Sunday, the day before school re-opens. Heehee! Well, since I didn't go out much, I was thinking of witing the games I played, the television programmes I watched and the event I'm about to go either today of tomorrow. Haha! Well, that's all for the update or whatever you call this short entry. Actually, this entry was supposed to be a distraction as I don't know what to write at this moement of time. Haha! Anyway, now I got an inspiration and so now I'm going to work on it. By the way, I just changed my blogskin, hope you like it! In case you are wondering what I am doing with my whole computer...... One, I writing this blog entry. Two, I'm downloading a game at this point of time. "Final Fantasy I & II: Dawn of Souls". Three, I'm listening to the song "I Am" by Hitomi. It's the second opening theme of Inuyasha the Japanese anime. Damn it! My game file that I just downloaded was invalid or corrupted! I have been downloading it for the past...... Waliao!

OK! So something interesting caught my eye? No. It didn't catch my eye. I caught it. I watched it. If I didn't watch it, I couldn't care less about it. I explained in the earlier entries about how I got to watch it. Guess I need not explain further. I hate elaboration. I hate to repeat myself again. It's irritating. OK! Now back to the main point. Guess in this entry, all I will have to do is to review it and tell you what happened, in case you didn't watch it. Laugh out loud. I got the privilege that I got to watch it. At least I need not pay like about a $100 or so. Haha! Anyway, the musical was quite interesting and funny. With Gurmit Singh in the act (Obviously) , anything can happen. Any jokes can be formed. Any comedy can be formed. He is that kind of person. The musical was about 2 hours with a 15 minutes break time. The most irritating part of the musical is that they came up with a catering company that was named after one of the sponsors. The sponsor is Kenwood and the (Stupid) catering company was called Kenwoo. Dumb right? Haha! My personal opinion only, no insults directed at anyone. DISCLAIMER! DISCLAIMER! Haha! OK! Now back to the point about what the musical was all about. I will try and describe this musical as vividly as possible as I do not wish to tarnish its reputation and name. Haha! OK! Now to the point!
Phua Chu Kang: The Musical first starts off withChu Kang's dream. He dreamt that there were many black crows flying round him and his worst enemy, his arch rival, Frankie Foo was cursing him to die on his birthday which was the next day. Touch wood! Haha! Anyway, when he woke up, he tried to signal to everybody that tomorrow was his birthday. No one seemed to remember, even his Ah Ma and his beautiful sexy wife, Rosy. e got a bit angry and went to the coffee shop to drown his sorrows.
There was a girl at the coffee shop who was a waitress and was looking for a boyfriend and trying to show off her clothes and body. Disgusting and cheap woman! Heehee! There he met a young man who started talking to him. This man started describing that he had a long-lost brother who was a contractor who wears yellow boots and has a mole on his face. Chu Kang thought and though about it and later realised he was that brother! WOW! What a coincidence! (Sarcasm) That young man's name was Phua Chu Cock. What a name! Anyway, Chu Kang decided to bring Chu Cock home to show Chu Cock his family.
The brothers reached home and Chu Kang's Ah Ma was very furious with Chu Cock because she believed that Ah Pa had an affair with Audrey. Audrey was a village rival in love with Ah Ma. Now that there was Chu Cock, Ah Ma really thought that Ah Pa had an affair.
Chu Cock brought Chu Kang to see a fengshui master who was acted by Shiekh Haikel, that fired DJ. The fengshui master forsee that Chu Kang will find a long-lost brother, have something dropped on him and die on his 40th birthday. Chu Kang fufilled the first prediction. Someone purposely tried to throw sometihng on him and so he believed that the second prediction came true. As for the third wish, it had to wait till tomorrow.
Back at home, the whole family was planning for his birthday. Magaret assumed the position of becoming the party planner. The family was against it. In any case, she still assumed it. Employing caterers and many other companies, they were all western. A series of songs ensued.
Chu Kang went to a casino to write his will as he believed that he would definitely die on his birthday. The lawyer made him sign the will and the will was to give everything he had to Chu Cock after he died.
Chu Kang went home to tell his family the bad news and his will. They were all shocked that he was leaving everything to this shady character - his long-lost brother. They thought that he should at least have left some to his Ah Ma and Rosy.
The next day, his birthday, Frankie Foo came to his house and claimed everything. It was then Chu Kang realised that it was all a scam. His long-lost brother was a scam. The fengshui master was a scam. The lawyer was a scam. The brother and lawyer worked for Frankie Foo. The whole Phua family blamed Chu Kang for the lost of their properties.
Frankie wanted Rosy to stay behind as he loved her but she refused to. The family then forgived Chu Kang for his grave mistake. All of a sudden, Frankie had a heart attack and fainted. He was on near death when Chu Kang saved him by doing a mouth to mouth resucsitation on him. Frankie was flabbergasted and respected him. For that, he returned all their properties. Chu Kang offered the proposal of becoming friends but Frankie refused.
There you have it, the whole story of Phua Chu Kang: The Musical. Hope you like my narration, guess it's not that bad this time, is it? You judge it for yourself.

Cedric Lim // 10:05 PM

I can imagine that you are pretty bored that there are so many book reviews. Well, don't worry, this is the last one! Heehee! Actually I wanted to borrow the book "Benjamin White: A Spy High Novel" and "Special Agents: Full Throttle" by Sam Hutton, but they are all borrowed. Guess books that I read are well-liked by people and also because they are new books, published in 2005. Heehee! OK, back to the serious business. Heehee! WOW! Now it is 10.23p.m, trust me to do my homework until so late, I'm getting tired and bored of it too! Heehee!
OK! Angel Blue, I guess I need not explain the whole thing about Spy HIgh and these codes all over again. Even if you appreciate it, I don't. Pardon my bluntness, I'm getting mad. Heehee! Anyway, this time, Lori found a dead Spy High graduate at her doorstep. His code name was Simon Grey, which meant that he wasn't protecting an area like her, but on an assignment. His last words or what Lori made out to be was, "Assassination". She found herself interviewing a widow who saw her husband at the mall. Many people thought that she was crazy, but not Spy High. They dug out her husband's grave and opened his coffin. Imagine what happened. I know it's disgusting to open someone's coffin, but they found themselves fighting a live person, or rather a robot. It nearly killed Lori. Then she found herself at Las Vegas? I think, cause that's where the robot was made. She made friends with a thief called Casino Royal, or that's what he calls himself and asks people to call him Cas. Anyway, when Cas stole Lori's hotel key, he found himself facing with dangerous people who had weapons. Lori ran back in time to save Cas and gave chase to her whatever-you-call-those-people. She lost them. Anyway, she posed as an interviewer and interviewed the boss of the robot making factory. She went back to the factory at night to investigate more and found herself looking at the boss with a gun in his hand. The boss said that the man whom she saw at an opening ceremony of a hotel, told him that he had to be careful with her, hence the gun in his hand. She escaped, obviously. Then, she found herself caught by that man at the opening ceremony, I forgot what his name was. She and Cas were in a room full of robots, savage robot animals, to be more precise. She defeated the robots and escaped. Well, the interesting thing is that, she was dressed in a bikini and Cas was dressed in a swimming trunk, skin colour with only a leaf on it. He looked just like Figleaf and was considered practically naked. Heehee! They had to walk back to the base in those clothes. The didn't go back to the hotel as it was too dangerous to go back there anymore.

I know you think that my summaries are long, but sorry, I can't help it. I don't really know how to summarize. This advertisment was brought to you by the blog writer himself. Heehee!

So...... now we go back to the story's summary. The boss of the robot factory was found dead later. Obviously, he was killed by that man at the opening ceremony of his hotel. This man is suppose to be the main villain of the story. Anyway, now we go to the president's office. The president was paid a visit by Lori a long time ago to inform him that there was going to be an assassination and the target was - him. Well, so he moved to Camp Lincoln which was considered a very secretive place. Later, Lori's mentor called upon Jake to ask him for some information as Jake had done a project before on the man they were after - the owner of the hotel. I remembered the hotel's name - Eden Hotel. Anyway, later Cas was irritated with Jake as Jake threatened him. Jake loved Lori and Cas, I suppose, liked her too. Jake was Lori's ex-boyfriend, if you want to know. Cas walked out of the base and was immediately confronted by Eden Hotel's owner's subordinates. The base was also attacked by his forces but Jake managed to ward them off. Lori was then threatened and she had to pass thorugh four galleries in order to save Cas. In these galleries, she would be given the weapons that Eden Hotel's owner's family made. She would then have to fight robots with weapons too. Of course, she passed these four galleries with ease? At the last gallery, she found herself looking at the owner of the hotel himself. He had changed his hand into a machine hand, I call it a cyborg hand. His hand had machine guns and blah blah blah. Lori electrocuted his mechanic arm and escpaed with Cas. The whole place that they were in exploded and collasped and Jake saved Lori and Cas with a helicopter? Or was it what they called a tractor beam? Anyway, later they found where that family was hiding. They were hiding on a remote island but were able to hide away becasue they had set up an energy barrier. Lori went in and saw the man who had supposedly died. Now, we fast-forward and they defeated the brothers in this whole scheme. But there was supposed to be a sister. By the way, Spy HIgh figured out what the died graduate Simon actually said, it was assassination, it was assassin nation, which means that everybody kills each other. So, there was this psychiatrist that the president keeps on seeing and he trusts her a lot and there was this vice-president who was very cold like iceberg. This means that she is very clam and has not many expressions. So now we guess, between these two people, who looks more like an assassin about to kill the president? Well, guess I will let the cat out of the bag. It's the psychiatrist. She was about to kill the president when Lori burts into the room and a fight ensued. Well, you can imagine what would happen like in any other storybooks. The good side won and the bad side went to jail! And so this is basically the story about Angel Blue.
As for the review, guess I prefer it to be written in the front and so you have it, my last book review! Very boring, right? I know it is, don't need to tell me, I'm *beep* bad at narrating. Sorry!

I have decided. I shall change my disgusting blog skin. But I like it for its design. Ahhh!!! I wanna change it cause the words on the blog entries are too small. Ahhh!!! Who cares? It's for reading pleasure. WOW! Wonder my literature blog has had ow many visitors already? Anyway, back on to the serious matters.
"Edward Red: A Spy High Novel" by A.J. Butcher. This novel speaks about a graduate from Deveraux College. Deveraux College is only an outside name, it is actually called Spy High. Well, go read the first series of "Spy High" if you wanna know more. But let me warn you, the first series "Spy High" which consists of six books, "The Frankenstein Factory", "The Chaos Connection", "the Serpent Scenario", "The Paranoia Plot", "The Soul Stealer" and "The Annihilation Agenda". Well, the second series is more interesting, I can tell ya. The first series is long-winded just like "The Ratastrophe Catastrophe". Well, this second series kept me in suspense and it is the best book I read in the holidays. Haha! I'm definitely not gonna say the best book...... Heehee! Anyway, the other books to this series are "Angel Blue" which I'm gonna write about in the next entry, "Benjamin White", "Calista Green", "Jake Black" and last but not least "Agent Orange". Well, these are code names, of course. "Edward Red" is actually called Eddie Nelligan in real life. "Angel Blue" is Lori Angel. Well, the rest, I forgot. Heehee! One thing for sure, "Agent Orange" is actually called Bex, but her full name? Sorry, I don't know. Anyway, this is the third entry, excluding the welcoming note, and I think that is pretty many, considering that I started at around 4p.m. Anyway, I'm thinking of many things and by the way, I did not really go out this school holidays, so my entries won't be so "outside". Sorry lah...... Was more kept in playing my computer games...... Haha!
Eddie Nelligan had to stop the Jacks who were making trouble for this particular country. Eddie went there to see a talk held by the political person Barthomelew Knight. Unfortunately, he was ill and his daughter Boudica Knight took over. Well, after her speech, the Jacks started assaulting her and Eddie rushed to her rescue. Well, she brought him to see her father who was supposed to have a dealing with the Pendragon Project. This Pendragon Project was a very dangerous project and the scientists working on it were kept underground until the end of the project, even if they died in the meantime. This project had started since the World War II and was still in progress in 2066, which was the year set in the story. Anyway, Mr. Knight found out that Eddie was a spy and threw him in the dungeon. There, Eddie found a girl who was involved in the Pendragon Project there. Her father was the head scientist of the project and she had also been underground for her whole life. Her name is Rose Warwick. Anyway, later Eddie got Rose and himself out of there. Eddie then went back to Spy High and the people used this Mind-thingy to find out where is the location of the Pendragon Project. Then, Eddie and Rose went there. Rose found her father and later, Mr. Knight captured them and used the Pendragon virus, which supposedly had no virus, on one of his people. This virus clogs up the respiratory system and then the person explodes. Imagine that disgusting blood splattering scene. Obviously, Eddie escaped, but Mr. Knight made off with the virus. A few weeks later? There was a conference held and suddenly, this group of men grabbed Rose. They were Mr. Knight and gang in disguise. They wanted to pollute the oxygen supply in the conference room. They were able to do so but surprisingly, the people in the conference room did not die. The played dead till Mr. Knight walked into the room. Well, it's game over for Mr. Knight. He did not know that there was a vaccine for the Pendragon virus and this vaccine can be found in Rose's blood. Her father had done so but kept it from anyone but later told Eddie when he was about to die. Later Mr. Knight was killed under the rubble of a collapsed building but Eddie decided to save his daughter, Boudica, although she tortured him last time. This was beacuse there was a stage where he liked her. In the end, Eddie had a girlfriend, Rose. In between the story, Bex (Agent Orange) had predicted that Eddie would make Rose his girlfriend and the most amusing thing is that, when Eddie brought rose out in the open, she screamed like crazy as she had never seen the open before. She was afraid of the sky as it was boundless unlike the underground where walls always came to an end.
Anyway, this is about it, the summary of the story. So much for Edward Red. So cool, spy missions are. Haha! How I wish I can be like one of them! Imagine those shock blasters, shock suits, sleepshot, these gadgets that they use. Fantasy...... One can't do without it, or rather I can't do without it. For this book, I give it 4 out of 5 stars. Or maybe 4 and a hlaf out of 5 stars?

What a long title and such a hard title to type, "The Yowler Foul-Up". This is the second instalment of "The Illmoor Chronicles". Maybe you are getting bored of this series already, but I can promise you that this second instalment is definitely better than the first one. It is indeed more interesting and there was no adaption from any fairytale, so it is pretty original. David Lee Stone, I believe, is becoming a better writer from time to time. Anyway, the next blog entry will be on a spy series. If you are bored of books, well, rejoice! I'm gonna do an entry on the Phua Chu Kang Musical. I watched it on the opening night, I think. Haha! But only my sister and I watched the musical as we only had two tickets. You see, my father works in Valuair which is a sponsor of the musical and so he got one ticket, his friend gave him the other. Haha! Anyway, I will tell you later in the other blog entries. Haha! Well, I'm going to eat now, my dinner, later I will write the details so, well, hold on.
OK, I just finished my dinner. So, "The Yowler Foul-Up" is a story about this group of dangerous thieves and assassins called The Yowlers. One part of the group decided to work on their own. This particular group wanted to turn the people of Dullitch into stone. And so the main character of this story, Duke Modeset, was called back from his hometown. You see, Duke Modeset was sort of banished from Dullitch for some I-forgot-for-what reasons. Actually when he was called back, there was no problem yet with The Yowlers. Actually he was invited by his cousin who was the present duke, Viscount. Well, when he came, Viscount did not "recognise" him. Anyway, there was a vampire who was another main character called Obegarde. Obegarde was considered a half-vampire and he had special healing powers. WOW! Just like Wolverine in X-Men! Well, Obegarde was hired as a private investigator to check on The Yowlers as there was a minor problem surfacing. Later the whole group, Jimmy Quickstint, Duke Modeset, Obegarde and a lovely maiden who knew a little bit of magic to help them, found out the horrible plan of the separated group of Yowlers. The Lark was heading them and she was a very powerful mage, magician. Well, they asked a thief to steal a few special lizards who could turn people to stone and later asked a gnome called Mixer to kill him. Later, Mixer was caught by Obegarde but later escaped. Anyway, Mixer was instructed to kill the group. Anyway, the group was able to reach the place where the machine was and later stopped the calamity from happening. Beautiful story I think. Now for the review. By the way, I'm listening to the music on my blog, "I Am" by Hitomi. Haha! Nice song I think. Don't you think so too?
Well, now I changed the song to "Hollaback Girl" by Gwen Stefani. Beautiful song too. Anyway, I think that this book is pretty book, novel I mean as I said at the start of this blog entry. Consider that a review. I give this book, I mean novel, a beautiful 3 and a half stars out of 5. Now, in the next blog entry, I'm going to write about the spy series I like. Haha! Anyway, now my parents are quarrelling over a handphone. Love squabbles...... Haha! Saiyonara!

This is a book that I read. It's called "The Ratastrophe Catastrophe" by David Lee Stone. Well, whatever you may call this thing (Pardon me if I add undesirable words, vulagr, cause I'm a bit crazy these days and I surely have the urge to start shouting and cursing) , a book review, a critical response or what-so-ever...... I seriously still do not get the idea of what a literacy...... what was that called again? Report? Review? Whatever that is...... I don't know what you are supposed to write...... Call me dumb or what? So I'm giving a book review plus some extra whatever-you-may-call-it, points? By the way, if you think this is too casual, too too too extremely casual, then please feel free to edit my works. I seriously don't mind and you have the permission to do so, just that please keep the point there and no puuting words in my mouth. For example, adding words that I did not say and doesn't contribute to this what-so-ever literacy report. I find you out and you are dead beat...... You know what I mean? Now, bak to the point.
"The Ratastrophe Catastrophe" is basically a book or novel...... By the way, this novel has about 300 pages, so consider it a novel. This novel is about this boy called Diek Wustapha (I don't care how you pronounce his name) who suddenly had this special power to play melodious songs on his flute, mesmerizing people who listen to his songs. Something like "The Pied Piper", like I said in the first entry, which I think make this novel a fairytale or some sort like that. So we come to the center of attraction of the book, I mean the center of attraction, the place, I mean. Dullitch is where all the excitement began. Dullitch was at that time, plagued with rats, big ones, and I mean really big. The duke of Dullitch, Duke Modeset, was frantically looking for mercenaries to kill these rats and rid the city of the plague. Diek Wustapha saw his chance at making money and although he wasn't a mercenary, he volunteered to rid the plague. So now we fast-forward this whole thing and Diek Wustapha rid the plague but the city did not pay him the money they agreed to have paid. You see, the city had not much money left in the treasury. Diek Wustapha was of course (Pardon me) , bloodily angry and so played a song that led the children of the city of Dullitch into a mysterious place. In case you still do not know, Diek Wustapha had this evil thingy in his mind, persuading him to do evil stuff and if you don't know, he drowned all the rats in a river, just like in the story of "The Pied Piper". So then, the head of the counsel of Dullitch resigned, or rather sneaked away.
Ermmm...... I do not have a rather good memory of this novel as I read it at the beginning of the holidays...... Heehee...... Never mind, I will try to produce some results...... Heehee......
The head of the counsel then travelled with two mercenaries called Groan Teethgrit and...... I don't know...... Anyway, the head's son, Jimmy Quickstint, was sent out by the Duke to look for Diek Wustapha. Well, of course, to get the parents' children back. Jimmy later stumbled upon his father and the two mercenaries and they set out to find together. Obviously, in a novel, there would be obstacles. I remembered that the group had two obstacles, the first one which I forgot, the second one is a giant. Well, in any case, they escaped the giant just in time, if not, they would be eaten by the giant. Anyway, just t wrap this summary up (I don't even think this is a summary) , the head of the counsel who was a magician defeated Diek Wustapha but in the process, died too.
So well, what now am I supposed to write? So I think it's something like a book review now, right? OK, OK...... In my opinion, "The Ratastrophe Catastrophe" is a so-so novel. This is because the novel is sometimes loong-winded, at certain parts of the story, it becomes terribly boring and so sometimes and grew tired of reading it. Besides, it was adapted from a fairytale. To me, that is meaning no originality and so the contents are not really interesting, just for the part that the head of the counsel defeated Diek with his magic. All in all, I give it 3 out of 5 stars. The second book to this series, "The Yowler Foul-Up" is a better novel. By the way, this series is called "The Illmoor Chronicles" and by the way, David Lee Stone has already finished the third instalment, just that it isn't in our libraries yet...... Waiting for it......

Hey! Don't say I never do this project or I'm rushing it out, OK? I remembered all the words or phrases or what-so-ever in order to finish this project! I don't know whether the events are supposed to be in order or what? I mean like, are these entries or events supposed to be on the blog the day it happened ot one or two days after it happened? I don't know...... Anyway I can tell you roughly when the date is, although on the blog the date is today...... Do you even get what I mean? OK, OK, the events or what-so-ever will definitely be separated out, I mean although the blog entry is dated today, I will spread the events out to over a few entries. I mean like one event, one entry. Anyway, I read a few books or novels (Psst...... I still can't see the difference between books and novels......) , these books are coming from two different genres, one I think is fairy tale...... Cause there is a moulded version of "The Pied Piper" or was it "The Pied Pauper"? Another is spy novels, beautiful huh? I love spy novels! They are so exciting and keep me in suspense...... Oops! I'm leaking out a bit of information and I think it should come out in the later blog entries! So for this particular blog entry which I call "Welcoming Note", I think that it is bye-bye time! Saiyonara!
