The title says "The Sims 2 & The Sims Bustin' out & The urbz, Sims in the City". "The Sims 2", as everyone knows, is a PC game. "The Sims Bustin' Out" is a GBA, N-Gage and Playstation game, while "The Urbz, Sims in the City" is a GBA and Playstation game. I have done my research, mind you. I'm an avid gamer, surely I would knwo these ind of stuff...... Heehee! YOU would most probably not know as YOU do not normally play these kind of games, or rather YOU do not even play these games. So allow me, the gaming freak, or rather I'm not to those extent, enlighten you about this series of games that I played......
Let's start with the oldest of the 3 (I know that "The Sims" is the first version but I haven't played it before, so I'm not doing anything foolish) , "The Sims Bustin' Out". It came out in 2003 as GBA, Playstation and N-Gage games. I have only played the GBA one but I'm sure that the N-Gage one is similar to the GBA one too. The Playstation one is different, I guess. "The Sims Bustin' Out" stars YOU as a Sim in SimValley where you first land in YOUR Uncle Hayseed's farm. He first use his stuff, like shower, cooker and so on and later make the barn you living place. After that, you will be allowed to go out of the farm and loiter around. After meeting many people in the neighbourhood and doing chores for them which are your GOALS, you talk to Uncle Hayseed again and he requests that you move out of the barn. You look for a mover and shift to the clock tower. Again, you do many chores for people and increase your relationship with people. Then, you have to shift your house again, says that Nicki Knack, a shop owner wants you to live in her house that is vacant. Again and again, after doing many chores for people again, you have to move your house to the Imperial Estates. In between, you are able to move underground through the sewage and venture into the haunted mansion of SimValley. After bringing joy to people and everything what-so-ever, finally you sit in a rocket and blast off into space. Suddenly, the rocket exploded...... The story ends like this making YOU, the player, wondering if your Sim is a human or an alien...... Oooh...... Mysterious......
Now, we go on to the second oldest of the three, "The Urbz, Sims in the City". Although "The Urbz, Sims in the City" came out in 2004, which was when "The Sims 2" came out too, but "The Urbz, Sims in he City" came out in the early half of the year while the latter came out in the later part of the year. "The Urbz, Sims in the City" also stars YOU as someone in Miniopolis. "The Urbz, Sims in the City" has more features, like you can customize your clothes in a more fashion way, more hip-hop as the Urbz, basically means being urban, which explains the choice of clothes. After choosing your clothes, you have to go through a mini quiz to see which Rep you belong to...... There are four Rep groups, Artsies who love art, music...... Richies who just simply love money. Streeties who are the hip-hop kind, hanging out on the streets and the Nerdies who just love burying their heads in their books. After which, a short ntroduction about who you are comes on which shows that you are an unknown janitor in Miniopolis. After which, your friend Khris comes to tell you to wipe bird shit off the windows and yes, again you complete certain goals, meet some people. Now for the interesting part. Khris has accidentally locked YOU and her up in the building and needs the key from Lily's , Daddy Bigbucks right-hand man, office. You snoop in, found the key and was caught. Don't shout shit, it's part of the game. Then you get sent to jail. Daddy Bigbucks hates you, in case you don't know. You will figure out why in the later part of the game. Yup, you get out of jail...... find yourself a place to stay and once again, complete many chores for people. What's cool in this game is that you get to move around in a Hoverboard! Unlike the scooter you will get in "The Sims Bustin' Out". In the later part, you also get a Chogger! A motorcycle that looks way cool! Check that out! After many goals, Grandma Hattie wants YOU to join in the revolt to open the road blocks to SimQuarters. The revolt was successful and Daddy Bigbucks was furious. You should see his chilli red face. There, at SimQuarters, you get to meet more people, like Mamba Loa, the fortune teller. After many other goals, there are three which are interesting. One, Cannonball, the trumpet player, asks you to shoo away all the Richies who comes to his club, some personal reasons, I guess and forgot. Next, you have to guard the graveyard as there is a meeting held there to discuss how to deal with Daddy Bigbucks. Your friend, Darius will pop in to see but you will have to disallow him from going in. You see, he was paid by Daddy Bigbucks to do so. The last interesting one is that you have to dress up as Olde Salty's supposedly dead brother to prevent him from selling his magnificent ship to Daddy Bigbucks. After Daddy Bigbucks lost the deal, you realises that you are YOU and flings you into the sea. YOU find yourself in some swampy area and explore. After completing many goals, one of the brothers you meet there will be bitten by a vampire. You can't save him at the moment and rush out of there. At this point of time, the road from SimQuarters has been opened to the last area, the area where you first started off in the game. Yup, yup, yup, after completing all the goals, you become a hero in Miniopolis and you walk the street and everybody's applauding for you. Well, for Daddy Bigbucks? I think his reign is over...... Or rather that's what I think, the story didn't say anything about it......
Now for the last one, "The Sims 2". I bought the pirated version of it which costed me $20 and had to change the CD many times before it worked. You see, they needed a Crack in order to break the code. Heehee! Hackers...... I gotta go out soon...... so I better make this one a fast one. "The Sims 2" is basically YOU creating a family and governing it properly, making sure they have all their needs and everything. If you don't wanna build a family, you can always play the pre-made families. If you don't like the pre-made houses, there are a few plots of lands for you to try building your houses on...... Have fun and see ya!
